Zara Headquarters 

Pre-design Condition:

1 Bligh Street is a Skyscraper in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The modern-style office building is in the Sydney central business district.

Requirements:  

• Design a Reception and Waiting Area for a commercial space for the Zara Fashion brand headquarters. 

• Analysis of client’s operative philosophy and brand identity to be used in the interiors. 

• Create a curated fixtures and finishes schedule for the reception and waiting area.

Concept and Features:

The Zara Headquarters will be used for business meetings, marketing, fashion designers and important clientele. The brand required a luxurious reception and waiting area to be the main attraction of the space to create the right impression. Zara focuses on sustainability and creating unique clothing that inspires. The Reception Desk was designed with smooth curved shapes and the use of unique Paonazzo Gold and Dark Black Marble and Reclaimed wood Beams. It takes inspiration from their clothing designs with the use of mix and matched materials and patterns. Elegant soft and hard pieces from RJ Living and Rove Concepts furniture the space creating a balance within texture. There is warmth within the deep colour scheme of the design with browns, muted tones and a splash of uplifting green and blue painted walls. The aesthetic of the space speaks to the clientele and reflects the brand's identity through the chosen fixtures and finishes.
